Amazon Fraud: Ordered Phone received Soap

A customer sued against the Amazon Fraud in India. Actually, this person ordered a phone from Amazon but at the time of delivery, he received a Soap in the mobile box. This person sued against the Amazon India head and three other Amazon employees. This case is registered in the Noida police station. which is located in Bisarak.

According to that customer, this is a Fraud of Amazon because he ordered the phone but recieved the Soap. Police have started the investigation and Amazon accepted this mistake too.
