Nokia 8.1 launched in Dubai as the rebranded version of the Nokia X7. This latest mobile phone is the premium smartphone, which is launched in the mid-range segment. This phone was already launched in China in October month and that pricing was impressive but the same phone launched in Dubai with much higher pricing than the Chinese pricing.
This phone launched with the almost same design, which was presented in the Nokia 6.1 Plus and the Nokia 5.1 Plus. The three variants are launched for this phone in China but as the Nokia always does with the other countries, only one variant launched for this phone in Dubai.
This phone launched at the price of 399 EUR in the europian market, which gets around $449 of the USA, which gets around ₹32,000. The Dubai pricing for the phone is 1,499 Dhirams, which is around $408 (₹29,000).
The glass is used on the front and rear side of the phone. The frames are made of Aluminum, which is a good thing. As I have told you, only one variant launched for the phone but you won't get the dedicated memory card slot option in the phone. In simple words, this phone comes with the Hybrid slots.
The phone contains the NFC, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc. The 3.5mm jack is placed by the company in the phone. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear side of the phone. The USB Type-C port used. You will get the 3,500 mAh battery in the phone, which comes with the Quick-charging.
Nokia 8.1 or Nokia X7 Specs and features-
This phone is launched with the 6.18 Inches display. The display comes with the large notch design and they have not used the front flash in the phone. I don't know why this big notch they have given in the phone. The display is FHD+ and comes with the display resolution of 1080x2280 Pixels. The PPi of this display is 408. The IPS LCD panel used in the phone.
The phone runs on the Android 9 Pie, which is a good thing. This is a part of the Android One, which will give you regular Android updates for this phone. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 Octa-processor used in the phone. The Adreno 616 GPU used to handle heavy Graphics. The internal storage is 64 GB and the RAM is 4 GB.
If you want to upgrade the memory of this phone then you can use the memory card slot in the second Sim slot. If you wanna use the memory card in the phone then you will have to remove the second Sim slot.
The 12+13 MP rear cameras are used in the phone. The 12 MP camera sensor comes with the camera aperture of f/1.8. The PDAF and OIS technology used for the good shots. This can record the videos at the 4K resolution. The 20 MP front camera used in the phone with the camera aperture of f/2.0. The display flash can be used for the low-light situations.
The Carl Zeiss lenses are used in a phone, which is really good. Like the most of the Nokia phones, you are capable to use front and rear cameras are the same side.
Nokia 8.1 the final verdict-
This latest Nokia mobile phone gives you a truly good display. The processors are good too and the cameras are just awesome. You will love this phone. The built quality is just amazing.
