Nokia launched two different variants. The first variant of this phone is launched with the 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage. The price of this variant is $169, which gets around ₹12,500. Another variant of this phone is launched with the 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage. The price of this variant is $199, which gets around ₹14,200.
This is a dual-Sim phone with 4G capability. You will get Bluetooth, Wi-Fi etc in this phone. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear side. MicroUSB 2.0 at the bottom of the phone. The 3,000 mAh battery is used in this phone but there is no option of quick-charging.

This phone is launched with a 5.71 Inches HD+ display. The display resolution of this phone is 720x1520 Pixels and the aspect ratio is 19:9. The pixel density of this display is 295 PPi. The IPS LCD display panel is used in this phone for decent colors and viewing angles.
This phone is a part of Android One series, which will give you future Android updates. The phone runs on the Android 9 Pie, which will be updated in Android 10 Q after the launch. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 Octa-core processor is used in this phone, where you will get a dual-core processor of 2 GHz and Hexa-core comes with the 1.45 GHz clock-Speed.

Nokia 4.2 the final verdict-
This is the latest mobile phone from Nokia but there is nothing good in this phone. The display is good but processors are pathetic. The RAM and internal storage are pathetic too. You won't love this phone's performance. The cameras are just average.
